Terms of service
The terms for buying and using the X Mailer app and the X Proxy, in plain English.

Who we are and what these terms cover
X Mailer (“we”, “us”) provides the X Mailer app and the X Proxy. These terms cover buying and using either of them. By buying or using the app or the X Proxy, you accept these terms.
About X Mailer says more about who we are.
The app licence
- The app costs $75 for a licence that lasts one year from the day your payment clears.
- Renewing costs $75 a year. Nothing renews by itself: we email you a link to renew, and you pay again in cryptocurrency.
- If you don’t renew, the app stops working when your licence ends.
- Your licence is for one activation. You can move it to a new computer yourself.
- The app runs on Windows 10 and 11.
- You may not resell, share or redistribute the app or your licence.
The X Proxy
- The X Proxy is paid a month at a time, and each payment covers 30 days. Nothing renews by itself: if you don’t pay for the next month, the service stops when your paid time ends.
- Each month includes 50 GB of traffic.
- Mail ports 25, 465 and 587 are open on every plan.
- You choose how it rotates when you buy, every 10 minutes or on every request, and this can’t be changed afterwards.
- You choose the country and region it connects from.
If you bought the X Proxy together with the app, your app licence lasts one year and renews at $75 a year, like the app on its own, and each month of proxy after the first costs the same as the X Proxy on its own.
Acceptable use
The app and the X Proxy are for lawful, permission-based sending only: send only to people who asked to hear from you.
You’re responsible for following the laws that apply to your sending. In the UK, for example, that includes the electronic marketing rules in the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), and UK GDPR. You’re also responsible for keeping to the terms of your email providers.
Don’t use either of them for spam, phishing, malware, harassment or unlawful content.
We may suspend or end your X Proxy access if it is used in breach of these terms.
Paying
You pay in cryptocurrency, through NOWPayments. Prices are in US dollars, as shown at checkout. NOWPayments’ payment page then shows how much cryptocurrency to send, including its fees, and nothing is charged until you send it.
When your payment clears, we email you a receipt. A person then emails you what you need to get started, such as the installer link and your licence for the app, usually within a few hours.
If less arrives than the payment page asked for, the order isn’t completed automatically, and a person looks into it.
Refunds
Refunds are decided case by case. To ask for one, write to us at support@xmailer.to with your order number. We consider each request individually.
A bank can’t reverse a cryptocurrency payment, so any refund we agree to is sent back to you manually.
This doesn’t affect your rights under consumer law.
Your accounts and your data
X Mailer sends through email accounts you own or rent. We don’t send mail for you.
Your lists and logs stay on your computer, not on our servers. Our Privacy policy explains what we do collect.
No guarantees, and limits on liability
We provide the app and the X Proxy “as is”. We don’t guarantee that any message will be delivered, or that any email provider will accept it.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
If you’re a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales deal with any dispute. If you’re a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
