About X Mailer
We make a Windows app for sending bulk email from your own accounts, and the X Proxy, for sending from a changing internet address.
What X Mailer is
X Mailer is a bulk email sender for Windows 10 and 11. You add the email accounts you already own or rent, upload your list, write your message once and press start. It takes turns between your accounts, so no single account does all the work. See how it works.
The X Proxy is our rotating proxy for sending email. Mail ports 25, 465 and 587 are open on every plan, you choose the country and region it connects from, and it works with any tool, not just X Mailer. More about the X Proxy.
The app is $75 for a one-year licence, and $75 a year to renew. The proxy is paid a month at a time. See the prices.
Who it’s for
X Mailer is for people who already send email from their own accounts and have outgrown doing it by hand: a business writing to its customers, a team announcing something to a list that signed up for it, or anyone who wants to keep the accounts they have rather than move to a sending service. To see how a send works from start to finish, read our guide: What is X Mailer, and who is it for?
The X Proxy is for people who want their mail to go out from a changing internet address. It’s optional: X Mailer works over your normal connection.
How we work
- Your accounts, not ours: X Mailer sends through email accounts you own or rent, from your own computer.
- Your data stays with you: your lists and logs stay on your computer, not on our servers.
- Lawful, permission-based sending only: send only to people who asked to hear from you.
- A person answers: when you write to us, a real person replies, usually the same working day.
What we don’t do
- We don’t send mail for you, or lend you email accounts.
- We don’t put analytics or advertising scripts on this site, and we don’t sell personal data.
- We don’t make a Mac version. X Mailer runs on Windows 10 and 11.
