Questions about X Mailer and the X Proxy

The questions people ask most often. If yours is not here, write to us and a real person will reply.

Do I need my own email accounts?

Yes. X Mailer works with accounts you already own or rent. We don’t send mail for you.

Can I try it before I buy?

Not at the moment. The app is $75 for a one-year licence, and we send you the installer link once your payment clears. If you want to ask anything before you buy, write to us and a person will answer.

Which computers does it run on?

Windows 10 and 11. One installer, nothing else to set up.

Do I have to buy the proxy service?

No. The app works over your normal connection. Proxies are an extra for people who need a changing internet address.

How many emails can I send?

The app sets no limit: add as many email accounts and recipients as you like. Your email provider decides how much each account can send, so X Mailer takes turns between your accounts, and you choose how many messages each one sends. When the last account has sent its share, the first one takes over again.

Which ports does the X Proxy keep open?

Ports 25, 465 and 587, on every plan. Most residential proxies block all three.

Does the X Proxy work with other tools?

Yes. It works with any tool, not just X Mailer.

Can I change how often the proxy rotates after I buy?

No. You choose every 10 minutes or every request when you buy, and it can’t be changed afterwards, so pick the one that suits your sending.

Can I choose which country the proxy connects from?

Yes. You can choose the country and region your connection comes from, across 195+ countries.

How do I pay, and how do I get the app?

Choose a plan and pay in cryptocurrency. We email you the installer link and your licence once your payment clears, usually within a few hours.

Where are my lists kept?

On your computer, not on our servers. X Mailer never routes your mail through shared infrastructure.

Is X Mailer the same as the X-Mailer email header?

No. X-Mailer is also the name of a line that many email programs add to a message to say which program sent it. X Mailer is a Windows app for sending email campaigns from your own accounts.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Nothing renews by itself, so you stop simply by not paying again. The proxy service is paid a month at a time and stops when your paid month ends. The app licence lasts a year, and the app stops working when it ends unless you renew.

How long does the licence last?

One year from the day your payment clears. Renewing costs $75 a year. Nothing renews by itself: we email you a link to renew, and you pay again in cryptocurrency. If you don’t renew, the app stops working when the licence ends.

Can I move my licence to a new computer?

Yes. One activation, and you can transfer it.
